Terms of service

By using EaseWeb (https://easeweb.host), directly or through a connected AI, you accept these terms. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

The service

EaseWeb is a free service for making and showing web presentations. It can be connected to AI assistants over MCP and a REST API. We keep developing it and may change, add or remove features.

Your account

• You sign in with Google, Apple or Yandex and are responsible for everything done under your account. That includes AI agents you gave a key or OAuth access to.
• Keep API keys secret. If a key may have leaked, revoke it on the AI agents page.

Your presentations

• Your content stays yours. You allow us to store and process it, and to show it to other people and AI agents within the access level you choose ("Open", "Read for everybody", "Private"). The service cannot work without this.
• Anyone who is signed in, and their AI, can read and edit an "Open" presentation. Choose that level deliberately. Every change can be undone through the version history.
• Upload only what you have the right to use. You are responsible for the content of your presentations.

AI agents

• A connected AI acts on your behalf with the access you chose. Check what it produces: AI can make mistakes.
• The terms of the connected app (Claude, ChatGPT and others) apply separately from ours and govern how it handles the data it receives.
• Automated requests must be reasonable in rate and volume. We may limit requests that disrupt the service.

Not allowed

• Illegal content, other people's material without permission, malware, spam and phishing.
• Using code execution (SQL, Python, Bash) for attacks, mining, escaping the sandbox limits or loading the server.
• Trying to get into other people's accounts or private presentations, or disrupting the service or its users.

For violations we may remove content, revoke keys, disconnect apps or close the account.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Keep your own copies of important presentations (export to .zip or PowerPoint). To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the service or being unable to use it.
