Privacy policy

In short: we keep only what the site needs to work. No ads, no analytics or trackers, and we do not sell data.

Who is responsible

EaseWeb (https://easeweb.host) runs on its owner's server. Contact for anything about your data: saneev.svyatoslav@gmail.com.

What we keep

• Your account. You sign in with Google, Apple or Yandex. The provider gives us the id of your account there, your name and email address; we keep a user name. We have no passwords.
• Your content. Presentations, slides and blocks, uploaded pictures, notes on slides and replies, the history of versions (who changed what, when, and through which AI agent), access requests and granted access.
• Code in presentations. SQL, Python and Bash from code blocks run in isolated containers. The database an author publishes for a presentation and the viewers' private copies of it are kept on the server; unused copies are removed automatically after a while.
• AI agents and apps. For API keys: the name, the first characters, the access level and when a key was last used. The key itself is stored only as a hash. For apps connected with OAuth (such as Claude): the app's name and return addresses, the access you chose, and hashes of the issued tokens.
• Technical data. The web server keeps standard request logs (IP address, page, time, browser) to run and protect the site. The IP address is also held briefly to rate-limit app registrations.
• Cookies and browser storage. A session cookie, a form-protection (CSRF) cookie and your language. Your browser keeps your custom colors, the slide "clipboard" and the state of the slide map. That browser storage never leaves your browser.

Why

To let you sign in, make and show presentations, share them under the access rules you choose, work together with people and AI agents, and undo changes. We use technical data to prevent abuse and fix errors.

Who else sees data

• Other people see a presentation according to its access level. Everyone sees "Open" and "Read for everybody" ones; only the author and people given access see "Private" ones. Notes are seen by the author of the presentation and by whoever started the thread.
• AI apps you connect yourself. Claude or another agent gets access to what you can open, with the access you chose (read only, or read and write). What an app receives is handled under that app's own terms; for Claude, that is Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Sign-in providers (Google, Apple, Yandex) learn that you signed in to EaseWeb.
• We give data to no one else and do not sell it, unless the law requires us to disclose it.

How long

• Your account and content are kept while the account exists. A deleted presentation disappears from every list and address at once. Its full removal (with its history and pictures) is done on request.
• Keys given to apps by OAuth work for an hour. Expired keys are removed after a week. Disconnecting an app stops its keys at once.
• Server logs are kept for a limited time and removed as they rotate.

Your choices

• Export a presentation (.zip archive or PowerPoint) or delete it on its page.
• Revoke keys and disconnect apps on the AI agents page.
• For a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account with all its content, write to us at saneev.svyatoslav@gmail.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
